Information for poster presenters

Technical Details:
Max poster area available: 150 cm high x 110 cm wide.

Please make sure that your poster fits these dimensions.

Posters are intended to stay on display for viewing during the whole workshop, in the hall next to the Auditorium. Please fix your poster during the Sunday 4 morning coffee break (or as soon as possible) and leave it until Thursday after the farewell drink (or as late as possible).

Posters have been grouped according to their topics and 10 special poster sessions have been scheduled during lunches and breaks. Poster presenters are expected to be available for visitors during the session when their poster is scheduled.

Every poster will be assigned a numbered board. Your board number will be communicated to you by e-mail but if you fail to remember it, ask the registration office.

Tape will be provided at the registration office.
Please bring a recent picture of yourself, and attach it next to your poster.
